Finding the right niche market may or may not be the approach you want to pursue when considering expanding your efforts on the internet. If you have been following my writings, you know that I like to see what…. Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia…has to say about a particular subject. The following is an excerpt regarding what a niche market really is.

An often used technique for affiliate marketers. By seeking out smaller segments of larger markets, a website can be developed and promoted quickly to uniquely serve a targeted and usually loyal customer base, giving the affiliate a small but regular income stream. This technique is then repeated across several other niche websites until a desired income level is achieved.”

If you’re considering participation in a affiliate program, make sure you do your due diligence before committing a lot of time, money and efforts in that process. Normally, the only people who make money with an affiliate program are the ones at the top of an up line. Replicating websites is not the answer if you want to succeed on the internet. A gentleman from the UK called me the other day and stated…..”he had several duplicating websites for over a year now and made zero dollars…..what am I doing wrong?” I was able to consult with him and point him in the right direction to learn the process of effective marketing on the internet.

If your going to be one of the few who survive on the internet, you must learn the art and science of marketing your product or service correctly. How does one learn to market on line?? Don’t jump from program to program or company to company trying to find the easy way to learn.
